   This model can be installed into the ground, and because the water is under pressure when it exits the filter, the water can be easily fed out to a water feature such as a waterfall. The Bioforce contains filtering sponge layers, a set of bio-ring biomedia for the housing of important beneficial pond bacteria (not found in Bioforce 250/500 models), and as an option, can be purchased with a built-in ultraviolet sterilizer for single-cell algae control and improved water clarity (can be added later as well). Built into the Bioforce is a "turbulator" (located in the centre shaft) which spins the water around giving the internal U.V. an even more effective way of eliminating green water problems. All models come with a clip-fit lid except the Bioforce 2000 model which comes with an easy on/off lid clamp. The units also come equipped with a cleaning indicator that pops-up when the unit needs to be cleaned.  2 year warrantee.
