WINTER FUNDRAISING 2022

Fundraising in partnership with our community.

Did you know? We've been running our fundraising program for over 15 years now! As the community has supported us in the growth of our business, we want to support your organization for this upcoming spring season. 

For over 50 years, we've been growing high-quality holiday plants in Ajax including Poinsettias and Cyclamen. During the holiday season, we also sell a large selection of festive flowers, houseplants, and winter decorations.

Eligible Groups

 

Our winter fundraising program is open to local schools, sports teams, and other non-profit groups.

Delivery Program

Your fundraising group will take orders amongst your collectors and all items will be delivered to one single location on an agreed upon date. Groups have the option of one representative picking up all of their products if they do not qualify for free delivery and do not wish to pay the delivery fee. Please note: product will not be released for pickup in multiple trips or to multiple people. This program is a great option if you are not local.

Voucher Program

Your fundraising group will take orders amongst your collectors and we'll provide vouchers for each item sold to one representative of your group. The vouchers can then be distributed amongst your collectors and redeemed at our store for the purchased item. This program is a great option if you are local and do not want to distribute live product.

Promotional Material

 

Each fundraising participant receives a full-colour, glossy program collection sheet, displaying all items available for purchase with an order sheet on the back.

 

Program coordinators also receive:

- An Excel file with pre-programmed calculations to determine total product numbers, cost, and profit.

- A welcome letter explaining the program with a totalling sheet for the end of their collection. It is optional to use and can be amended for your group’s needs if you choose to.

- An organizer total submission sheet for your group’s total numbers.

- Program support by email or phone.

Deadlines & Fees

Registration Deadline: December 2nd, 2022
Delivery/Pick Up Deadline: December 16th, 2022

All orders must be placed 7 days prior to your delivery date. Please contact our fundraising office to find out if you qualify for free delivery as there is a minimum order amount required.
