Our annual Christmas Debut Night is your first chance to explore the holiday magic at Vandermeer’s, and it’s one of our most anticipated events of the year. This year, we’re showcasing eight designer-decorated trees, each with its own unique theme, textures, and colour palette, from cozy classics to modern accents.
The evening is complete with festive food, drinks, holiday music, and plenty of inspiration to get you in the spirit of the season. Our resident coffee trailer, La Casita del Café, will also be open with cozy seasonal sips and indulgent treats. Whether you’re here to shop, soak up the atmosphere, or enjoy a night out with friends and family, this event is the perfect way to welcome the season.
During the evening event, enjoy 20% off all Christmas giftware and décor, fresh-cut boughs, DIY outdoor decor, evergreen arrangements, ribbons, sticks, houseplants, holiday plants, and potted arrangements while you take in the beautifully decorated trees and twinkling lights throughout the store. For the first time ever, that sale will be extended over the entire weekend!

Are pets allowed during the event?
While leashed pets are welcome in the retail store during normal retail hours, we ask that you leave them at home for this event. The volume of people attending this evening can be very overwhelming for even the friendliest pets, and leashes cause tripping hazards in the crowd.
Can I see the trees before the event?
No, sorry! All of our trees are kept under wraps until the opening of our doors at 5pm so you can experience them for the first time during the event.
Can I get the discount before 5pm?
No, sorry! Our 20% discount kicks in at 5pm sharp, and previous purchases will not be price adjusted. But here’s the good news: for the first time ever, the discount will run all weekend long on everything from Christmas giftware and décor to fresh-cut greens, ribbons, houseplants, and holiday plants. So if you’d prefer to shop when it’s a little quieter, you can still save!
