Current Openings
Cashier - Seasonal
As a cashier, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers complete their shopping experience. This role is all about providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. You’ll also help keep the checkout area clean and organized, answer basic product questions, and assist with other tasks as needed during slower periods.
Positions for this role are available for full-time and part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and process purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Answer general questions accurately and direct customers to the right departments
- Manage incoming phone calls to check stock, answer basic inquiries, and relay messages to other departments
- Keep the front area tidy and restocked with bags, receipts, and supplies
- Assist other departments as needed, helping with tasks such as pricing, tagging, unpacking, and restocking
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and confident handling money
- Willingness to learn about products and assist wherever needed
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a bonus, but not required
Positions start at minimum wage and increase with each year of experience.
Retail Labourer - Seasonal
Retail labourers play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly, our plants looking their best, and our customers well-supported. This is a physically active, sometimes fast-paced, role that varies depending on department — ranging from working with annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs, to hard goods or the stone yard. All departments involve tagging, unpacking, restocking, cleaning, and providing excellent customer service. Department placement is determined by management after hiring, based on business needs and your strengths.
Positions for this role are prioritized for full-time availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload product deliveries
- Stock, move, and display plants and products throughout the retail space
- Assist customers with locating and loading products
- Clean, organize, and maintain plants, products, sales, and work areas
- Support inventory tasks like unpacking, tagging, and pricing
- Follow safety procedures and handle equipment responsibly
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow direction
- Friendly and customer service–oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and around a large property
- Willingness to learn about plants or products and make recommendations
- Ready to work rain or shine, indoors and outdoors
- Interest in plants or gardening is an asset, but not required

Production Labourer - Seasonal
Production labourers are an essential part of the team that grows and prepares our plants for sale. Working behind the scenes in our greenhouse facility, this physically active role includes a variety of hands-on tasks to support the health and quality of our crops from seed to finished product. It’s a team-based environment, so strong collaboration and communication skills are a must.
Positions for this role are full-time only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, transplanting, spacing, pruning, and tagging plants
- Pick, prep, and load plants for the retail store
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support seasonal tasks as needed throughout the growing cycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit, comfortable with bending and repetitive movements, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warm greenhouse environment
- Ready to work rain or shine, indoors and outdoors
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently or with a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Positions start at minimum wage and increase with each year of experience.
