Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging for items?
While we wrap every breakable item for transport and storage, unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services for our decor and gift items.
All our holiday plants will receive a free decorative foil and be sleeved in paper based on the outdoor temperature or to prevent breakage during transport.
Can I price adjust an item I purchased before the weekend?
No, sorry! Sales only apply to purchases made during the specific Open House weekend. We are unable to adjust prices on previous or future purchases.
Can I return or exchange items purchased during the Open House?
Yes! Our normal return and exchange policies apply. Please note, returns of holiday items will not be permitted after Christmas Eve.
