Seminar: Planting for Pollinators

Free, no registration required.

Pollinator species are declining, but your garden can help! Pollinators serve as the foundation of our biodiversity, sustaining 75% of our wildflowers and 35% of our food crops. We'll teach you how to plant a garden that supports our local pollinators, including bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, moths, beetles, and more, by providing them with habitat space and material, food, and water sources! Learn what species or variety to prioritize, how to plant them for greatest impact, and the best maintenance practices to support our pollinators.

Attendees are also entered for the chance to win a $100 Vandermeer gift card that will be drawn at the end of the presentation.

Our free Saturday morning seminars run during our quieter seasons and are open to all experience levels. Whether you're just getting started or looking to sharpen your skills, each session offers expert guidance and hands-on tips to help you grow with confidence. No need to register, just arrive early to grab a seat. It's part of our commitment to helping you get more out of every season in the garden.
