Our holiday fundraising program has been a community favourite with rave reviews for over 20 years. It offers a curated mix of fresh evergreen décor, festive plants, and potted arrangements at a discounted cost for your organization to sell at retail price. With profitable margins, pre-made collection materials, and continuous support from our program coordinator, we offer a simple, seasonal way to raise funds while spreading holiday cheer.

Registration Deadline: Friday, November 21st

Delivery/Pickup Deadline: Wednesday, December 17th

Keep in mind, the longer your program runs, the more opportunity you have to raise funds so register early!

Program Types

We offer two different program types in our Winter fundraising program for your convenience.

Live Program

Our live program is our most popular, as it tends to sell more product and is a great option if your participants are not close enough to visit us. The products (plants) are live and we offer your choice of delivery to one location or pickup at the greenhouse by one representative.

Voucher Program

Coupons are provided in place of the live product, to be distributed to purchasers and redeemed in-store for their purchased item(s). This program is a fantastic option if you are local and do not want to coordinate live plants. It also gives your purchasers more colours and options to pick from in person than with our live program (pictured items are examples, with more in-store to choose from).

Promotional Materials

Program coordinators receive:

  1. Full-colour, glossy program collection sheets for their participants, displaying all items available for purchase with an order sheet on the back. Please let us know how many sheets you need at registration.
  2. Digital copies of the program collection sheet.
  3. An Excel file with pre-programmed calculations to determine total product numbers, cost, and profit.
  4. A welcome letter that can be customized and printed for participants, explaining the program with a totalling sheet for the end of their collection. This is optional to use based on the coordinator's preference.
  5. Continuous program support by email or phone. We're here to help!
