Fundraising Program

Our spring fundraising program has been a community favourite with rave reviews for over 20 years. It offers a curated mix of spring flowering plants, potted arrangements, and specialty houseplants at a discounted cost for your organization to sell at retail price. With profitable margins, pre-made collection materials, and continuous support from our program coordinator, we offer a simple, seasonal way to raise funds while spreading spring excitement.

Registration Deadline: Friday, March 13th

Delivery/Pickup Deadline: Thursday, April 2nd

Keep in mind, the longer your program runs, the more opportunity you have to raise funds so register early!

We make distribution simple so your fundraiser runs smoothly from start to finish. All plants are individually wrapped for cold protection and easy distribution. Orders can be picked up at the greenhouse by a designated representative or delivered to one convenient location, whichever works best for your team.

Program coordinators receive:

1. Full-colour, glossy program collection sheets for their participants, displaying all items available for purchase with an order sheet on the back. Please let us know how many sheets you need at registration.
2. Digital copies of the program collection sheet.
3. An Excel file with pre-programmed calculations to determine total product numbers, cost, and profit.
4. A welcome letter that can be customized and printed for participants, explaining the program with a totalling sheet for the end of their collection. This is optional to use based on the coordinator's preference.
5. Continuous program support by email or phone. We're here to help!
