African Daisy 'FlowerPower™ Spider Purple'
Osteospermum ecklonis 'KLEOE16297'
FlowerPower™ Spider Purple features spoon-shaped magenta-purple petals.
African Daisies are colourful annuals with bold, daisy-like flowers held above compact green foliage. They add long-lasting colour to planters, borders, and garden beds throughout the cooler parts of the growing season.
African Daisies grow best in full sun with well-drained soil. They prefer cooler temperatures and may slow down during periods of extreme summer heat before flowering more heavily again as temperatures cool.
Seasonal Availability: Typically May through June

Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Keep soil moist, but not soggy.
If it is planted in a pot, it should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
