Azalea 'Stewartstonian'

Stewartstonian is an evergreen azalea that produces masses of trumpet-shaped, orange-red flowers in mid-to-late spring.

Azaleas will only grow well if you can meet their basic requirements—Acidic, consistently moist, well-drained soil. Dry and/or alkaline soils and windy, exposed areas will all contribute to the decline and death of your Azalea. We recommend planting them in sheltered, partly shaded areas with fertile, loose soil. If the pH of your soil is above 6.5, you will need to add either a soil acidifier or aluminum sulfate to your soil through the growing season.
