Begonia Polka Dot
Begonia maculata
Polka Dot is a charming variety of begonia with elongated green leaves that are speckled with silvery dots and are deep purple on the reverse. If care and light are adequate, it can produce small white flowers.
Begonias grow best in bright, indirect light and can tolerate medium light. They should be planted in loose, well-draining soil and should only be watered once the top few inches of soil have dried out.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available year-round, depending on supplier availability.
Characteristics

Care
Medium to bright, indirect light indoors
Let top 1-2" dry out before watering again. Your pot should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
