Birch 'Parkland Pillar®'
Betula platyphylla 'Jefpark'
Parkland Pillar® is a variety of birch with dense, columnar growth. It's a fast-growing variety with white bark and dark green foliage that turns golden-yellow in fall. It's also tolerant of heat, drought, and alkaline soils, making it a great choice for any garden.
Birches grow best in full to part sun with moist, well-drained soil. Consistent moisture is important, especially when young, as they will not tolerate dry soils for long. We recommend applying a layer of mulch around the root system to help conserve soil moisture.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through August, depending on suppliers availability.
