Birch 'Young's Weeping'
Betula pendula 'Youngii'
Young's Weeping is a birch variety with a unique weeping habit, white bark, and dark green leaves that turn yellow in fall. It stays short and makes a great accent tree for gardens of all sizes.
Birches grow best in full to part sun with moist, well-drained soil. Consistent moisture is important, especially when young, as they will not tolerate dry soils for long. We recommend applying a layer of mulch around the root system to help conserve soil moisture.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through August, depending on suppliers availability.
