Black Eyed Susan 'Irish Spring'
Rudbeckia hirta 'Irish Spring'
Black-eyed Susans are colourful flowering plants with large, daisy-like blooms held above coarse green foliage. Flowers typically appear in warm shades of yellow, gold, orange, and bronze, often with contrasting dark or green centres. Their bold blooms and long flowering period make them a great choice for garden beds, borders, mixed planters, and pollinator gardens.
Black-eyed Susans grow best in full sun with average, well-drained soil. It tolerates heat, humidity, and drier conditions well and will continue flowering into fall, especially if spent blooms are removed regularly.
