Black-Eyed Susan Vine
Thunbergia alata
Black-Eyed Susan Vines are grown from a seed mixture, and the flowers can be orange, white, or yellow. One colour/plant per pot.
Black-Eyed Susan Vine is a fast-growing annual vine with masses of bright, trumpet-shaped flowers surrounding contrasting dark centres. Its vigorous climbing or trailing habit makes it a great choice for trellises, obelisks, fences, hanging baskets, and large mixed containers.
Black-Eyed Susan Vine grows best in full sun to part shade with moist, well-drained soil. It prefers warm conditions and regular watering, especially when grown in containers, and will continue blooming through summer until cold weather arrives.
Seasonal Availability: Typically May through July

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Keep soil moist, but not soggy.
If it is planted in a pot, it should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
