Blanket Flower 'Arizona Apricot'
Gaillardia x grandiflora 'Arizona Apricot'
Arizona Apricot Blanket Flower is a floriferous perennial that is covered in apricot-yellow flowers throughout the summer. Though they are drought and heat tolerant, they grow best with regular moisture and good drainage.
Blanket Flowers are often short-lived perennials. Cutting back the plants in late summer and dividing them every 2-3 years can help keep them vigorous and increase their lifespan. Good drainage is very important for their survival, especially over winter.
