Cauliflower Purple
Brassica oleracea var. botrytis 'Graffiti'
Graffiti is a unique, vigorous cauliflower variety that produces vivid purple, flavourful heads. The colour will fade a bit when cooked.
Harvest your cauliflower when the heads are compact and firm, and have developed their mature colour. This usually occurs when the heads are around 6-8" in diameter.
Cauliflower is a cool-season crop and performs best in spring and fall, before the temperatures begin to rise. They prefer to grow in full sun with fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil. Consider adding organic matter to your soil to improve fertility and drainage.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available March through June, depending on suppliers availability.

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Keep soil moist, but not soggy.
If it is planted in a pot, it should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
