Cedar 'Anna's Magic Ball®'

Anna's Magic Ball® is a dwarf variety of cedar with bright, chartreuse-yellow foliage that holds its colour well, even in full sun. It maintains its rounded shape with no pruning, and grows slowly, so it won't take over your garden. 

Cedars grow best in full sun, but Anna's Magic Ball® will tolerate some light shade. They require consistent moisture, especially when establishing, but the soil should still be well-drained. Anna's Magic Ball® will sometimes develop browning on the foliage after winter, but is generally able to recover and push out new growth in the spring. We recommend wrapping them over the winter to protect them against wind drying out the foliage.
