Cedar 'Emerald Petite'
Thuja occidentalis 'Thusid4'
Emerald Petite is a compact, slow-growing, dwarf variety of Emerald Cedar. It features a dense, narrow-to-pyramidal growth habit and remains small without pruning. Winter protection is recommended, especially for newly transplanted trees.
Cedars grow best in full sun with moist, well-drained soil. Consistent moisture is important, especially when young and before winter. They can tolerate part shade, but the foliage may become less full. Avoid planting them in exposed, windy areas.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through September, depending on suppliers availability.
