Cedar 'Primo®'
Thuja occidentalis 'IslPrim'
Primo® is a unique cedar that grows with rich green foliage and a sculpted, narrow form that is maintained without pruning. It's slow-growing and will develop into a small, columnar evergreen tree as it matures. In the wintertime, the foliage turns a bronze colour; this is normal!
For the densest foliage, plant your cedar in full sun. They require consistent moisture, especially when establishing, but the soil should still be well-drained. We recommend wrapping cedars over the winter to protect them against wind drying out the foliage.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available June through August, depending on suppliers availability.

Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Water every 1-3 days for first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption).
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
