Blue Barlow Columbine features double, violet-blue flowers in late spring to early summer.
Columbines are usually a short-lived perennial, but will self-seed in the garden under good growing conditions.
Columbine grows best in full to part shade with regular moisture and well-drained soils, will not tolerate heavy, waterlogged soils.
Seasonal Availability: Typically mid-April to August

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun) and Part shade outdoors (4 hours of direct sun)
Water every 1-3 days for first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption). Be sure to increase watering in heat of summer and, watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
