Rose of Sharon French Cabaret™ 'Blush'
Hibiscus syriacus 'Mindoub1'
French Cabaret™ Blush Rose of Sharon is a large, deciduous, flowering shrub with double, pale-pink to white flowers that bloom in summer. The seeds are sterile, so no need to worry about self-seeding and unwanted spread! They are also drought and heat-tolerant once established.
The flowers of Rose of Sharon only last for one day, but are produced in such abundance it's hard to notice!
Use Rose of Sharon as an informal hedge, or as a vertical element in your garden. Protect the trunk from hungry rabbits over the winter.
