Crabapple 'Royal Mist®'

Royal Mist® is a variety of crabapple with dark pink flowers in late spring and small red fruits that ripen in late summer and usually drop in the fall. The leaves emerge purple before turning bronze-green in summer. It has good resistance against common crabapple diseases.

Crabapples grow best in full sun with moist, fertile, well-drained soil. They're generally very cold-hardy and quite tolerant of different growing conditions. Protect the trunk from rabbits in winter.
