Let top 1-2" dry out before watering again. Your pot should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.

With acclimatization, it can be outside in a sunny partly shaded location once overnight temperatures are reliably above 15°C.

Drafts, cool temperatures, and low humidity can cause leaves to drop. Keep plants in a warm, bright spot with high humidity.
