Deutzia are classic garden shrubs that have an abundance of delightful, bell-shaped flowers in late spring/early summer. They're easy-to-grow and quite tolerant of most conditions, making them great for experienced and beginner gardeners alike. Chardonnay Pearls® features chartreuse foliage and pure white flowers.
Deutzia grow best in full to part sun (Chardonnay Pearls® does best in morning sun with afternoon shade) with moist, well-drained soil. They aren't fussy about soil conditions as long as they are well-drained.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through August, depending on suppliers availability.

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun) and Part shade outdoors (4 hours of direct sun)
Water every 2-4 days for the first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption).
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
