Euonymus 'Sarcoxie'
Euonymus fortunei 'Sarcoxie'
Sarcoxie is a broadleaf evergreen with deep green, shiny leaves that take on a slight purple tone in winter. It can be grown as a groundcover or a climber, as it will stick and grow up brick.
Euonymus grows best in full to partial sun. They can tolerate full shade, but the leaves may lose their variegation and become green. It isn't fussy about soil type as long as it is well-drained, as wet, boggy soils will lead to root rot.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through August, depending on suppliers availability.
