Fern Asparagus 'Sprengeri'
Asparagus densiflorus 'Sprengeri'
If you've had trouble keeping ferns alive, consider giving Sprengeri Asparagus Fern a try. It's much easier to care for since it's not actually a fern but a type of asparagus! It has long green stems that are topped with fern-like foliage. The leaves are thicker than those of Plumosa.
Asparagus Ferns grow best in bright, indirect light but can tolerate medium light. They should be planted in a light, well-draining potting mix and watered only after the top few inches of soil have dried.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available year-round, depending on supplier availability.
