Hibiscus rosa-sinensis
Tropical Hibiscus are bold flowering plant with large, showy blooms held above glossy green foliage. Its dramatic flowers and lush growth make it a great choice for patio containers, large mixed planters, and tropical garden displays.
Tropical Hibiscus grows best in full sun with rich, moist, well-drained soil. Keep it consistently watered and fertilize regularly throughout the growing season to support continuous flowering. It is grown as an annual outdoors in our climate but can be brought indoors and overwintered in a very bright location.

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Keep soil moist, but not soggy.
If it is planted in a pot, it should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
