Juniper 'Blue Rug'
Juniperus horizontalis 'Wiltonii'
Blue Rug is a very low-growing evergreen with silver-blue foliage that develops a purple hue in winter. It makes an excellent groundcover or can be used to drape over a wall or ledge.
Junipers grow best in full sun with average, well-drained soil. They will not tolerate soggy, wet soil or poor drainage, especially over the winter. Once established, Junipers are fairly drought-tolerant.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through September, depending on suppliers availability.
