One of the most popular varieties of English Lavender, Hidcote features fragrant, deep purple flower spikes, blue-green foliage, and a bushy growth habit.
Lavender grows best in full sun with average to dry, well-drained soils. Prone to root rot in heavy, water retentive soils. Good drainage is essential for winter survival. Lavender is very drought tolerant once established.
