Lemon Verbena
Aloysia citrodora
Lemon Verbena produces highly fragrant, lemon-scented foliage that can be used in drinks, for cooking, or as a tea.
Harvest verbena as needed throughout the growing season, but do not remove more than 1/3 of the foliage at a time. This ensures the plant has enough energy to keep growing.
Watercress grows best in full sun in shallow water with average, moist, well-drained soils. Keep the plant well-watered, but don't let the soil get soggy as this will cause root rot.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available April through June, depending on suppliers availability.

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Keep soil moist, but not soggy.
If it is planted in a pot, it should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
