Lime 'Kaffir'

Kaffir is a type of citrus that produces small, bumpy limes that don't have a lot of juice. Kaffir limes are mainly used for their foliage, especially in soups and curries. The taste is intense, floral and very citrusy. 

Citrus should be grown outdoors in the summer once the temperatures are reliably above 15 degrees Celsius. Once the cool weather hits, they should be moved inside to a location that receives as much light as possible. Let the soil dry out slightly in between waterings, but not fully.
