Magnolia 'Royal Star'

Royal Star medium-sized deciduous magnolia that produces an abundance of slightly fragrant white flowers with long petals in spring. Royal Star blooms early, making it more susceptible to damage from late frosts.

Magnolias grow best in full sun with moist, slightly acidic, fertile, well-drained soils. They can adapt to clay, loam, or sand as long as drainage is good. We recommend planting magnolias in a sheltered location to protect them from cold, drying winds in winter and early spring.
