Maple 'Apollo®'
Acer saccharum 'Barrett Cole'
Apollo® is a columnar variety of sugar maple with dense branching and a compact form, making it great for small spaces. The dark green foliage is tolerant of heat and turns yellow-orange to red in the fall.
Sugar maples grow best in full to part sun in moist, fertile, deep, well-drained soils. They tolerate drought well but dislike salt and pollution.
