Ninebark 'Calico Kitty™'

Calico Kitty™ is a compact variety of Ninebark that provides 3 seasons of interest. In early spring, the deep copper-red leaves emerge before turning burgundy as the season progresses. In late spring, clusters of small white to soft pink flowers appear. In the fall, the leaves become brilliant red.

Ninebarks are low-maintenance and easy to grow for beginner and intermediate gardeners. They grow best in full sun to light shade, with average, well-drained soil. They're drought-tolerant once established, but like consistent moisture when young.
