Quercus x bimundorum 'Crimschmidt'
Crimson Spire™ is a columnar hybrid tree, a cross between English and white oak. It has dense, green foliage in the summer that resists mildew, and a brilliant reddish-orange fall colour. Its adaptability, narrow habit, and slower growth make it an excellent tree for small and large gardens.
Crimson Spire™ grows best in full sun with moist, well-drained soil. It is tolerant of drought and alkaline soil.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through August, depending on suppliers availability.

Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun) and Part shade outdoors (4 hours of direct sun)
Water every 2-4 days for the first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption).
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
