Palm Majesty
Ravenea rivularis
Majesty is a variety of palm with long, dark green fronds that droop slightly towards the ground. It's native to Madagascar, where it typically grows on riverbanks and in humid areas. They're great for adding a tropical feel in or outside your home.
Palms can be challenging to grow in homes because they need high humidity, which can be difficult to achieve indoors, especially during winter. They grow best in bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light conditions. They like consistent moisture but dislike soggy soil, so it's best to water them once the top few inches of soil have dried.

Let top 1-2" dry out before watering again. Your pot should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
