The Quito Ripple Peperomia is a funky tropical with heavily rippled, heart-shaped deep red to burgundy foliage. It has a compact, bushy growth habit and is incredibly resilient and tolerant of typical household conditions, making it a great choice for beginners and experienced houseplant enthusiasts alike.
Peperomia grows best in bright, indirect light but can tolerate medium light. Thick, succulent-like varieties should be watered once the soil has mostly dried, while thinner-leaved varieties prefer water when the top few inches are dry. They appreciate higher humidity but generally adapt well to average household conditions.
