Philodendron 'Red Phoenix'
If you've ever been disappointed with the Pink Princess Philodendron, then Red Phoenix is for you! It has elongated, glossy, dark green foliage that is heavily splashed with burgundy, red and cream variegation. It's much more stable than Pink Princess, and develops a much nicer, bushy form.
Philodendrons grow best in bright, indirect light but can tolerate medium light. They prefer aerated, loose, well-draining soil and should be watered only once the top few inches of soil have dried out.

Let top 1-2" dry out before watering again. Your pot should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
