Pinks Constant Cadence® 'Potpourri'
Dianthus Constant Cadence® 'Potpourri'
Constant Cadence® Potpourri Pinks are small, mounding perennials that produce masses of semi-double, carnation-like flowers that open deep fuchsia and age to a bright rose, with multiple colours sometimes appearing on the same bloom. The flowers start in late spring and continue through the summer, as long as old blooms are promptly removed.
The Constant Cadence® Series features increased heat and humidity tolerance, just like the Constant Series®, but with a slightly more compact growth habit.
Pinks grow best in full sun and are not fussy about soils as long as they are well-drained. Afternoon shade is tolerated in areas with hot summers. They are drought tolerant once established, but their foliage will be fuller and lusher if the receive some water during dry periods.
