Gone With The Wind Prairie Dropseed is a nativar grass with short green foliage that is topped by wispy, tan panicles in late summer. This type of grass is very heat and drought tolerant due to its deep root system.
Prairie Dropseed grows best in full sun with dry to medium moisture and well-drained soils, though it will tolerate a wide range of soil conditions.
Seasonal Availability: Typically mid-April to August

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Water every 1-3 days for first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption). Be sure to increase watering in heat of summer and, watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
