Ice Queen Red Hot Poker is a unique perennial with spikes of tubular, green buds that open creamy-white and fade to white as they age. Blooms appear in mid-to-late summer and are very attractive to pollinators.
Red Hot Poker grows best in full sun with moist but well-drained soil. They can tolerate part shade but less flowers will be produced.
Seasonal Availability: Typically mid-April to August

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Water every 1-3 days for first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption). Be sure to increase watering in heat of summer and, watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
