Blushing Bride Rose of Sharon is a large, deciduous, flowering shrub with double, pale-pink flowers with a dark red center that bloom in summer. They are drought- and heat-tolerant once established.
The flowers of Rose of Sharon only last for one day, but are produced in such abundance that it's hard to notice!
Use Rose of Sharon as an informal hedge or as a vertical element in your garden. Protect the trunk from hungry rabbits over the winter.
Rose of Sharon grows best in full sun with neutral to alkaline soil and rich, moist, well-drained soils.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through September, depending on suppliers availability.

Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
