Sedum 'Lemon Coral®'
Sedum mexicanum 'Lemon Coral'
Lemon Coral® Sedum is a colourful, low-growing succulent with fine, needle-like chartreuse to golden-yellow foliage that forms a dense, spreading mound. Its bright colour and trailing habit make it a great choice for mixed planters, rock gardens, borders, and spilling over the edges of containers.
Lemon Coral® grows best in full sun to part shade with well-drained soil. It thrives in heat, tolerates dry conditions well, and should be allowed to dry slightly between waterings.
Seasonal Availability: Typically May through June
Characteristics
4"-10" tall, 10"-26" wide
Interesting Foliage
Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun) and Part shade outdoors (4 hours of direct sun)
Let top 1-2" dry out before watering again.
If it is planted in a pot, it should have a drainage hole to reduce the likelihood of root rot caused by water accumulating in the bottom of the pot.
Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
