Snake Plant 'Blue Kew'
Sansevieria ehrenbergii 'Blue Kew'
Blue Kew is a unique, compact variety of Snake Plant with thick, elongated blue-green leaves edged in thin white and reddish margins. Its leaves grow tightly stacked in an alternating pattern, creating a distinctive, sculptural form. It is extremely slow-growing, typically putting on less than an inch of growth per year.
Snake Plants grow best in bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower-light conditions. Plant them in a well-draining potting mix and water only once the soil has dried completely. The lower the light, the less frequently they will need water. If you tend to overwater, consider using a terra cotta pot and a cactus or succulent potting mix.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available July through February, depending on supplier availability.
