Royal Candles Speedwell is a lovely perennial that produces an abundance of flower spikes with small, deep purple-blue blooms starting in early summer. Royal Candles stays lush and will not lose its lower leaves like some varieties are prone to.
Speedwell grows best in full sun (though they will tolerate light shade) with medium moisture and well-drained soils. Good drainage and consistent moisture is essential for healthy plants.

Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun) and Part shade outdoors (4 hours of direct sun)
Water every 1-3 days for first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption). Be sure to increase watering in heat of summer and, watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
