Spruce 'North Pole'
Picea glauca 'North Pole'
North Pole is a variety of white spruce with dense branching, a slightly columnar habit, green needles, and good winter hardiness. It's slow-growing and develops a very upright, pyramidal form with age.
Spruces grow best in full sun with fertile, moist, slightly acidic, well-draining soil. They are drought-tolerant once established but appreciate regular waterings during dry periods. Newly planted trees benefit from winter protection for the first few years, especially in exposed areas.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through September, depending on suppliers availability.
