Squash Patty Pan
Cucurbita pepo var. clypeata 'Y-Star'
Patty Pan is a Summer Squash that produces high-yields of shiny, yellow fruits that have a green spot on the blossom end.
Summer Squash can be harvested when the fruit is still small and tender, usually around 2"-4". These plants are very productive, as long as you keep picking the ripe squash.
Summer Squash grow best in full sun with fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Keep the soil consistently moist, but not soggy, especially when fruits are developing.

Care
Full sun outdoors (6-8+ hours of direct sun)
Let top 1-2" dry out before watering again.

Increase watering in the heat of summer and watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
