Toad Lily 'Miyazaki'
Tricyrtis hirta 'Miyazaki'
Miyazaki Toad Lily is a unique, underused shade perennial. Lush green leaves are topped with clusters of showy, orchid-like, white flowers with purple spotting in late summer/early fall. Toad Lilies are great for adding interest and colour to a shade garden when most plants have finished blooming.
Toad Lilies grow best in part to full shade with fertile, moist, well-drained soil. They are not tolerant of dry soil and will suffer without adequate moisture.
