Tomato 'Big Beef'

Big Beef produces 260-350g (9-12oz) flavourful, high-quality, meaty tomatoes with a sweet flesh. Big Beef can produce twice as many tomatoes as a regular Beefsteak. 

Harvest your tomatoes once they are fully coloured, firm but with a slight give, and easily detached from the vine. Leaving some of the vine on the tomatoes can help them keep for longer. 

Big Beef is an indeterminate variety. Indeterminate tomatoes are vining plants that produce tomatoes throughout the summer. They require support (Trellis, tomato cage, stake, etc.) to grow. 

Tomatoes grow best with warm temperatures and full sun with fertile, well-drained soil that is consistently moist, not soggy. Inconsistent watering can lead to blossom end rot.
