Watercress is a spreading, easy-to-grow perennial with small, green, edible foliage. Small white flowers appear in early summer.
Watercress can help filter pollutants and excess nutrients from water. It grows best in full to part sun in moist soil, or in moving water.
Seasonal Availability: Typically available May through September, depending on supplier availability.
